Remedies of High Blood Pressure


  • One teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon ginger juice and one teaspoon of cumin powder. Use this twice a day.
  • A clove of garlic is highly recommended for high blood pressure.
  • Reduce sodium in diet. Salt is the common factor to cause high blood pressure.
  • Limit the use of alcohol
  • Banana is such a fruit that a high blood pressure can eat regularly since it is rich in potassium which helps to control blood pressure.
  • Lemon is also a good way to control it.
  • Eat more vegetable, fruit and grains.
  • Coconut water must be tried. Along with coconut water coconut oil can be used for cooking.
  • Watermelon seeds also helps in fractionating  kidneys which turns to reduce blood pressure.
  • Maintain correct body weight


             The high blood pressure can cause to a stroke and kidney fail. It give a severe headache and other dizziness. The best way to control it is exercise. The ideal  blood pressure should be 120/80 .
