A Good Teacher

      Teaching is also  learning. This is the process where a person himself is learning as well as teaching. Person gets extra knowledge and also gets recalled the forgotten things or chapters. A teacher is one whom a student and whole the class remember. If teacher motivates the student in a good and right way then students remember him forever. He may think him as one of the person to be. Student have dreams and they fulfill the dream by the assistance and motivation of teacher. Otherwise he can take the wrong way and ruin his life. So the role of the teacher is most important . It is not about the job that is earning some income but it plays the significant role to prepare good citizen to the nation. That's why a teacher should be like star, engaging , magnetic personality. So it is realistic to mention that  ''How a teacher should be'' instead of ''How a teacher should not be?''

• It's a style, a teacher should have his own style of teaching.
• He should be entertaining and having sense of humor, so that student always like him to be taught.
• He should be passionate how to learn, teach.
• He should be meaningful, he should meaningful rather than speaking more unnecessary word..
• A good teacher should consider listening, questioning, being responsive and remembering technique.
• Should have clear objective of lesson and should be 1/2 week faster than the lessons.
• He has to be in contact with the parents, so that he can understand psychology of the student.
• Has to enjoy job if not the student may get bored and can't understand the lesson.
• Read lots of books, recent happenings, movies and motivational stories.
• Should be in good contact with other co-teachers.
• Enjoy the challenge, fair minded and doing cool under pressure.

When a teacher is not passionate to his job and not interested then he could not be satisfied and can't progress. He is not a great teacher he always come to think that I'm  Hellsman of Skipper that carries people here and there in boat but I am still here. So what do you think ?
