Diabetes

First of  all Symptoms:
  • Excessive thirst
  • Increased urination
  • Unusual Weight Loss
  • Fatigue Tiredness
  • Blurred Vision
  • Dry Mouth
  • Slow Healing Sores
  • Itching skin specially vaginal area.
Effects:
  • Eyes
  • Heart and blood vessels
  • Kidneys
  • Gums and teeth

Types:
  •  Type 1-  Body does not produce insulin, will need to take insulin injection for the rest of their life, regular blood test , ensure proper glucose level and following special diet
  • Type 2-  Body does not react with insulin, and can't produce proper insulin, wrong food schedule, over weight, physically inactive.


How the glucose works?

  • When food is intake to the body the lever first change it in to the glucose and releases it in to the blood stream. Glucose is absorbed with the help of insulin . It is the enzyme which is produced by small gland called Pancreas. When the body fails to absorb the glucose or rejects to absorb the glucose it is called diabetes.

What to do?
  • Get plenty of fiber
  • Get more physical activity
  • Use whole grains
  • Loose extra weight
  • Use food like guava, jambul, bitter gourd, Fenugreek, Mango leaves, Cinnamon, Aloe Vera.
  • Visit your doctor frequently

The risk of developing type 2 diabetes is greater as we get older. Experts are not sure but it is believed that as we get older we become less physically active and put the weight on. Research show that South Asian,  Middle Eastern, African have higher risk of diabetes. Men whose testosterone level is low ha been found to have a higher risk of developing type 2. So what you think of putting the weight level in right and some physical?
