             Today's world is toxic. We all are surrounded by unhealthy environment though countries are trying to  release less pollution. The world cannot be pollution less. But we can minimize it. On the other hand researches have been on full for the extension of life by manufacturing  medicine and on another hand people are trying to make themselves healthy by following many healthy habits and traditions.
                 No one knows how much longer he lives but always tries to live long. If the risk factor such as sudden accidental case is avoided then people can control some how to live longer. Here are few tips for healthy habits that carries to long lives.



Foods


  • Eat healthy amounts of carbohydrates
We should try balance diet and make it habits. Consuming excess amount carbohydrate means accumulation of fats in your body. Body starts to store extra foods.
  • Eat a low salt diet.
High salt increase blood pressure, which can lead to heart diseases.

  • Get enough vitamins and minerals through a healthy diet.
These help to increase immunity for fighting with diseases

  • Fruits and vegetables.
They provide many minerals and vitamins

  • Eat a controlled amount of fat.
Excess amount of fat causes diseases related to heart

  • Whole grains.
These food are also called whole because they are packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals etc.

  • Low-fat dairy products like yogurt and cheese.
These are the main source of calcium and also provides most of the vitamins.

  • Lots of fish.
Most of fish are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which are very essential nutrients for the smooth work flow of brain and heart.

  • Nontropical vegetable oils (like olive, corn, peanut, and safflower oils)
They are much more healthier than saturated fats like cheese, ghee etc.

  • Medicinal herbs
Make habits of using medicinal herb instead of highly toxic medicine which have very much side effects.

This habit helps to forget about the worry and be secure. Some time sharing pain and happiness reduces the stress.

  • Brush and floss daily
Some researches have shown that daily brushing and flossing increase 4 more years to lives.  These habit prevent bacteria and gum disease and later heart diseases.

  • Get enough sleep
Our body is a complex engine. It need rest. Mind and body should be recharged and refreshed . For this enough sleep is compulsory.

  • Don't overeat
Some people eat heavily. They think more hungry more food . But this decision is bad because intake of too much food results to heavy working of digestive system and later invitation to many diseases.

  • Getting busy and Reducing Stress
Getting busy means forgetting stress and many more and also burning calories which later accumulates as fat.

  • Cleanse your body by drinking enough water
This is a cool ways of flushing the toxin that are inside our body.

  • Avoid toxic substance
Stay away from toxic substances like alcohol, drugs etc.. Mild alcohol may be helpful for the heart but excessive use may result to diseases of liver, heart and also kidneys.

  • Avoid high risk behavior.
By the age risk taking behavior minimizes. People take risk with emotions and sometimes with challenge too. People need to tolerate the problem with cool solution.

  • Music
Always roam with music. Because music is such kind of therapy which can reduce mental stress and reduce to refreshment.
