             Today's world is toxic. We all are surrounded by unhealthy environment though countries are trying to  release less pollution. The world cannot be pollution less. But we can minimize it. On the other hand researches have been on full for the extension of life by manufacturing  medicine and on another hand people are trying to make themselves healthy by following many healthy habits and traditions.
                 No one knows how much longer he lives but always tries to live long. If the risk factor such as sudden accidental case is avoided then people can control some how to live longer. Here are few tips for healthy habits that carries to long lives.

Life and Nature

This is a country side view of a village far from the Kathmandu valley. It  is taken just before winter season . It is going cool and cold. Kathmandu is being wrapped with a thick layer of fog. People specially people use alcohol to avoid cold . But this is not a good idea. Some educated people use some herbs and some prefer chicken(see pic above). They use it as soup and which is also best in sense of medically and practically.

In this photo my intention is to take a good background but camera focused on chicken and a cock , but cock is missing here. If it were there it would be better. I forgot to take click of cock , hence there  is more gap on the right side of the photo.



This hen is not fully grown up, so it is still called  chicken. In few months it will be a fully grown hen, however it will be able to take a male chicken, its cock, which is missing there. The cock will also be a mature male. In the country side these hen will be able to lay eggs after 6 months. I don't know what type of hen is this? It is regarded as a local product which lays eggs and able to hatch chicken and later it is used as meat.
This pic has taken my concentration so that I can write some thing, We can also see life and love in it. Its a nature that teaches us about of living of a life. It also teaches us way of loving . The picture above speaks lots about life.

Nobody can stop me to achieve your love. I know there are lots of obstacles and boundries but I don't care.
