           In an ancient days people always think how to be in power. They always needed power. Not even man a single animal too needs power. That's why the survival of fittest suits here. So the stronger one used to win and rule.

           The time has changed now. Every one needs power but each and every one cannot overcome the power. Person who uses mind, money and muscle can come to the power. He can do anything what he deserves. He wants to accumulate the resources, gather people, engages them. Here a country or state is regarded as him/he.

• Information wants to be free. No more secret

•  When something is allowed to drain from desired passage it is not called leak. But when it passes from undesired hole or way then it is a leak.
•  Hence a leak is flow of liquid from undesired hole or way.These days it  (Leaks) is  more preferred in information and technology. So it can be said that it is the allowance of secret information to become generally known.
• Every one wants to know about others . When some source are valid and some can be invalid. People can get information from secret window rather than the valid doors.Hence people are always eager to know the information of others.  
• This may be due to the stiff competition. No one wants to loose the race. Every one is trying to be superb by defeating others.
