Make Rainy With Disease Drain-y

        In rainy season there are air borne diseases and water borne diseases
Asthma, Dysentery,  Hepatitis, Cholera, Typhoid, Arthritis, Sneeze, Dengue , Cold, Flu etc.
Among these Asthma is the main problem attacking in this seasons due to high moisture in air.

Asthma:
        Asthma is the main problem while doing something it tries to take life every second but it can't. If you take some precaution then you can minimize the risk of asthma.
In this disease the inside wall of asthmatic's airway are swollen or inflamed. It makes extremely sensitive and irritation to airways and becomes narrower . Thus less air can pass as result lungs have to contract and release faster.
It affects the trachea and bronchial tubes . It can occur to young children and adults.


Symptoms:
           Coughing, Wheezing, Tight chest, Difficulty in breathing.


Remedies:
  • Use vitamin B6 and B12, food like meat, fish, bell peppers, spinach, baked potatoes , broccoli, turnip, nuts seeds, octopus , crab lobster, eggs etc.
  • Vitamin C, helps to increase the amount of oxygen and reduce the inflammation.
  • Mullein oil, can be made as tea.
  • Eat salmon 3 times a week or can be taken as salmon oil capsules.
  • Drink coffee and soft drinks , caffeine dilates the bronchial airways.
  • Garlic, boiled water with garlic can be taken with a half cup of milk.
  • Take a teaspoon of honey with a  glass of hot water, helps to remove phlegm from the throat
  • Lemon juice with water may be useful.


Prevention:
  • Identify and avoid asthma triggers
  • Get immunizations for influenza and pneumonia
  • Monitoring breath
  • Always use prescribed medicine
  • Avoid heavy exercises
  • Avoid smoke
  • Safety from cold
  • Try some yoga like Kapalvati (कपालभाती ) Anulombilom (अनुलोमबिलोम ), these exercise try to relax your breath.




What can you do to make this season disease drain-y:
  • Use lots of vitamin c it drives away the cold virus faster and activate the antibodies.
  • Use hot drinks may coffee, hot soup, hot milk.
  • Drink plenty of fresh water. helps to drain toxin from your body.
  • See what you are eating and change the style of eating.
  • Take some exercise , if not possible out side you can do it in your room by sufficient ventilation.
  • Use the clothes that are made from cotton because it absorbs the sweat and helps to maintain the body temperature.
  • Aware in cleaning here and there.
