When a football match is drawn during the 90 minutes and even in extra time,  it needs to be
decided . For that it needs to be broken when it is tied. Hence  it is called Tie Breaker. This needs an opponent goal keeper and own player. Each team gets first five penalty. When a team gets high score then that team is awarded as winner. Every big match goes through ups and downs. Every one gets nervousness and heart shaking emotions. No one can predict the result but some precaution and preparation may make the shot sure. A sure shot  penalty means Psychology, Time management, Experience etc.

Psychological factor: Some time a player is in a rush and nervousness. He may take too short span of time to hit. During whole the match he goes through ups and downs . This may affect the performance of hitter . The player previous meeting also may change the whole story . If he is un success to score goal in the past than he may not score at that time. Relaxing is also main cause to score and positive vibes should be needed.

Time management: A player should not take too long or too short to kick the ball . He should choose the right time to hit. Taking too long means to provide the keeper to think and build confidence and taking too short is loosing the confidence .

Movement : While hitting the ball the goal keeper studies the ball and dives toward. So a hitter should not use same style of hitting the penalty . He should change the style of hitting. He also should read the opponent goal keeper movement . This also helps the hitter where to net the ball.

Experience : It  has great value in every sport or field. Specially while kicking the penalty it plays a vital role. An experienced player motivates the team mates positively and gives the techniques of previous . A lot of practice of hitting the  penalty also brings the good results. Studying the goal keepers previous history is also to acquire the experience.

Result: While the score come to again draw during the tie breaker then again psychological factor, time management, movement, experience again works. This is the perfect time to rise a hero or to stay away from the lime light.
