Winter is in its mid phase and every one is suffering from this viral cold. Everyone is trying to get rid of this severe cold temperature. Especially in the mountainous region people are aware but in the low land people still think its warm but they are suffering from the cold. They could not see the sun for several days. This cold tries to suffer for those people .
Some people use this season as the opportunity to show the good fashion , some do exercises to wash it away. Some older people have no any choices to escape from it . They are merely suffered.
So how can we make this winter warm so that we feel healthy and fresh on this freezing season. It is still to be a snowfall.

- Get away from common cold
This is a main problem and it may occur at any time. The viruses are running every where. We have to put immunity strong. Good medication and healthy diet make it escape away. We can use hot soup of any thing. It seem less important but it makes body balanced with fluid.
- Get warm clothes
This just not wearing more and more clothes . Wearing T-shirt and after that warm sweater and jacket. We can use some warm clothes and more comfortable than those wearing one after another. Thermal clothes are better. People use wool clothes. We can wear anything but that should be comfortable . Besides these we should not forget to cover legs , ear and neck.
- Do little bit exercise
While in winter lots of unnecessary things are store in body. Body cannot throw these waste away. We should make it throw . So doing some exercise make body hot and wastages are thrown in the form of sweat . This makes body warm and healthy.
- Do use hot/warm water
It is also another idea to get rid of cold. While bathing we can warm water , which makes body warm and all unnecessary dead cells are swept away. And also it helps to keep body temperature normal.
- Take healthy diet
It doesnot mean we have to take always herbal stuff that make body hot. But healthy diet also make body hot. We can use lots of fluid in diet. More and more oily make body sick.
- Early to bed
Early to bed make body healthy. And it is another idea to take away cold. Cold cannot affect the body when we go to bed early.
- Get some massages to whole body
Some oily massages make body healthy and hot. It is believed that it temporarily blocks the spores of the body and tries to make the body hot. Enough blood circulation is done when we get body massages
- Make some packages
Making some plans like sport, tournament, picnic etc make body engage and it cannot hamper the body. When we are busy in playing like football tournament our mid is busy with that program and in this way we can get rid of cold.
